The government has not been able to start the trial process even after four years of the fraud in the crest given to foreign friends and organizations to contribute to the liberation war of Bangladesh. Rather, the two companies of the crest suppliers took the pledge with only Tk 10 thousand in the case of reducing gold in the crest. Even after the investigation, the investigation is still being reported in one type of snowfall. No action was taken.
After the fraud case was published, all the police demanded the investigation and trial of the incident. Two committee members and parliamentary committee investigated the incident. The Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) took charge of the investigation. The case is from the ministry. But everything is stopped.

The investigation committee blamed the former Liberation War Affairs Minister AB Tajul Islam, the office secretary of the liberation war affairs secretary KH Masud Siddiqui, and 13 officials and two suppliers. But the state minister and secretaries of the accused have asked the senior officials to investigate the allegations against the officials of the departmental commissioner.
Later, the Public Administration Ministry formed another investigation committee headed by the trade and finance secretary Hedayetullah Al-Mamun, on 2 August 2014. It is also postponed if the committee's report is finalized and ready to submit. Recently, Hedayetullah al-Mamun left for the holidays (PRL). After two years of investigation, the committee's jurisdiction was questioned. Members of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Liberation War Affairs told the head of the committee that they have investigated this matter, and no one else will be able to investigate the report. Their claim, the report submitted to the representatives of the public will be prominent on the reporting of the investigation committee of the Republican officials. So there is no need to investigate further.
Conflicts of Interest in Investigation
There is a complaint that the investigation was done by the parliamentary committee, the conflict of interest happened. Because the parliamentary committee chief AB Tajul Islam ordered the investigation. But during the scandal incident, he was the minister of the state minister. He was also blamed for the ministry's investigation. There is no mention of Tajul Islam in the report submitted after a year's investigation by the parliamentary sub-committee. The ministry's secretary KH Masud Siddiqui, joint secretary Abul Kashem Talukder, deputy secretary Enamul Kabir and branch assistant Abul Kashem (acting administrative officer) were held responsible for the negligence and irregularities in the creation of crest and conceal of crest test reports, and they were held responsible for taking legal penalties against them. It is recommended.

Contractors got bail
On 10 June 2014, the Ministry of Liberation War filed a lawsuit against the owner of two companies of the crest for fraud and money laundering. Owner of the crest suppliers in the capital Banani, Mir Dawud Ahmed alias Nazim and owner of Shantinagar Mohsinul Hassan. Mohsinul Hasan Police sources said both of them surrendered before the court and granted bail. Shahbagh Police Station Officer-in-Charge (Investigation) Zafar Ali said, Everyone, has forgotten.
ACC investigation
On June 2, 2014, the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) decided to investigate the incident. Initially, the investigation report of the concerned ministry has been collected, the documents have been seized. At first, ACC Deputy Director Mirza Zahidul Alam was given the task of searching. Later, the deputy director Sheikh Abdus Salam took charge. After the retirement of the job, the matter did not go ahead.
The case of forgery is about the liberation war ministry. So their responsibility is more. What did they do?
