How to lose your weight

There is nothing impossible in this world!
According to me there is a thing which makes you different from other peoples. “How you see yourself. Just think that you are special that’s why you wanted to make yourself different from other peoples”

Actually you have to make competition with yourself and don’t think your competitor is weak.
 First of all you have to decide your realistic goal. Realistic means if you think you can lose you can lose your weight up to 50 lbs in next couple of weeks, it’s not possible normally it’s not a realistic goal to achieve. The weight did not go on that quickly.

§  You have to consider that you are sick and all the foods which help to gain more weight is not good for your health. Food is a more important thing which performs a most important part to lose your weight.

§  Most important thing to lose your weight is that “decide the destiny where you wanted to reach and why you wanted to reach” its mean took a decision in you r mind why you wanted to lose your weight. It makes your path clear towards the destiny.
§  If you wanted to reach your destiny you have to set the clear goal to achieve with strong determination power.
§  Think positive and make your life priorities, make schedule in your life to perform and gave No.1 Priority to lose your weight after basic need of life. With sufficient motivation anything is achievable, and those obstacles can now be overcome. Long term transformations take time.
§  To get quick results and keep the weight off you need to kick bad habits i.e. all the things which stop you to lose your weight although these are the things or peoples in your life.
